Michigan Anglers Consortium (“MAC,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a starting template — MAC should have it reviewed by counsel before launch.

When you join MAC, contact us, or submit a fishery issue, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, address, phone number, email, club affiliation, and (for captain or business members) business and charter details. We also collect membership and payment records needed to process and renew your membership.

Payments
Membership payments are processed by our payment provider. MAC does not store full card numbers on its website; card details are handled securely by the payment processor.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run MAC (such as our payment processor and email service), and where required by law.
Your choices
You may opt out of MAC marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages. To update or request a copy of your information, or to ask us to delete it, contact MAC using the details on our Contact page.
